The Challenge

  • Stage general session and breakouts rooms for two venues simultaneously
  • Produce high-quality videos from the event for large online audiences
  • Edit videos for same-day streaming and upload to NVIDIA platforms

THE SOLUTION

We started with the general session, designing a stage that reflected the prestige of the world’s AI leader—built from four loaded semis and more than 1,000 LED panels.

THE RESULTS

Over two days and across two venues, we staged the general sessions and 10 breakout rooms. We also edited 66 high-quality videos for a global streaming audience.
